Calgary, AB – Riley Point scored a goal and added three assists to lead the Jammers to a 5-3 triumph over the Beer Cannons at East Calgary Twin Arena on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Jammers was Kade Point, Matt MacMichael, Taylor Owad, Rylan Wiest chipping in with singles. Point added three assists, Point and Cam Lamoureux each added two assists. Goaltender Devin Green picked up the victory for the Jammers giving up three goals.

Finding the twine for the Beer Cannons was Zach Baba, Dylan Boyd and Drew Beckett chipping in with a goal each. Rolf Pettersen added two assists. Goaltender Alex Bilton surrendered five goals in the loss for the Beer Cannons.

With the victory, the Jammers improve to 2-0-0-0 while the Beer Cannons fall to 0-2-0-0.
